The Conservative Party is always on the search for new candidates that are willing to step up, represent their local areas and make positive change in their communities. Supporting the communities that we call home is at the heart of what makes us Conservatives.
MMCA fields candidates for Borough and County elections, and looking ahead to the creation of new Unitary Authorities under the Government's devolution agenda will also be looking for candidates to stand for election to this new authority.
Our candidates have to be:
- have an active interest in working to support their local community
- be able to demonstrate an understanding of what local residents want to see changed and protected in their communities
- be able to communicate effectively with local residents
- be able to be a central part of a strong and effective campaign, with support from MMCA's seasoned campaigning team.
