This evening MMCA held its inaugural Pizza and Pledges evening, coming together to call lapsed members and ask them to rejoin the Conservative Party over pizza and a beer.
Those who joined us called more than 200 recently lapsed members, talking to them about everything from local issues that residents wanted to raise, to the national policies that the party has announced in the recent Shadow King's Speech.
Our thanks go to those who joined us for what was a fun, sociable and successful evening!
Commenting, Association Chairman, David Thompson said:
"It's always good to get together with fellow friends and activists, but even more so when we are helping to win former members back for our party. It's an exciting time to consider rejoining, with new policies and with important local elections coming up in 2027. I look forward to seeing many more former members come home in the coming months."
