Leybourne Survey

It is two years since I was elected to serve as your Member of Parliament for Maidstone and Malling. I am very grateful to everyone who supported me in the 2024 General Election and, whether you voted for me or not, I hope you have seen that I am here to help everyone living in our community.

I would like to represent you to the best of my ability. To do this, I need to know your views and what matters most to you, which is why I would be grateful if you could spare just two minutes of your time to let me know your priorities for Leybourne.

Leybourne is a wonderful place to live, with excellent access to local amenities, green spaces and transport links. However, many residents have raised concerns about increasing traffic congestion on the A20, pressure on local roads and junctions, parking issues, and the impact that future development could have on local infrastructure and services. Your feedback will help me better understand the issues that matter most to local people.

Whether it is tackling congestion, protecting the character of our community, improving local services, ensuring new development is supported by the necessary infrastructure, or addressing other issues affecting residents, I want to help make Leybourne an even better place to live.

Please do share your thoughts and return the survey to me in the free envelope provided. Alternatively, you can complete the survey online by scanning the QR code below.

I am extremely fortunate to work with an excellent Conservative team in our community, including your local Borough and County Councillors. Together, we will continue to work hard on behalf of residents and stand up for the issues that matter most to our area.

With best wishes,

Helen Grant OBE MP

Member of Parliament for Maidstone and Malling
